Finasteride
Finasteride is an oral prescription medication that blocks the enzyme converting testosterone to DHT, reducing scalp DHT levels and slowing or partially reversing androgenetic hair loss in many users. It carries a real, if uncommon, risk of sexual side effects and should be prescribed and monitored by a doctor.
