Testosterone
Testosterone is the primary androgen hormone in men, produced mainly in the testes. It drives muscle mass, bone density, libido, and mood, and gradually declines with age — roughly 1% per year after 30. Levels are measured with a blood test, ideally in the morning while fasted.
