Zone 2 Training
Zone 2 training is aerobic exercise performed at roughly 60–70% of maximum heart rate — intense enough to build a training effect, but slow enough to hold a conversation. It's associated with improved mitochondrial function and is a cornerstone of most evidence-based longevity protocols.
